Pastor of Circle Builder Free Platform for Church outreach and Engagement

While speaking on the topic of worship once, I was asked the question by a panel - "what is the difference in a worship leader and a worship pastor".

It is a good question - and one that some churches don't understand or fail to see the benefit of the difference.  For that reason, I wanted to take a couple of days and look at the answer - and outline what I feel the makeup of a worship pastor should be.

We certainly can't differentiate one term without defining the other - so we first need to look at what a "Worship Leader" is.  For the most part, "Worship Leaders" are those who lead in worship.  In a vague sense - that would include those lead worshipers such as choir members, team members, etc... But we are specifically dealing with those tasked with leading a congregation in a worship setting.
The main difference in a worship leader and a worship pastor is the level of pasturing done within the community.

A worship pastor is involved with encouraging those within his community - raising up leaders, investing in others, determining the needs, evaluating the strengths, and acknowledging the weaknesses.  He knows his community like his own family.  He is a pastor.  He is a shepherd.  He brings more than a song - and his job responsibilities weigh mores Monday through Saturday than they do on any given Sunday.

Church Planting For Growing Churches

The terminology "Church Planting" just seems like an old-fashioned, traditional, not out of the box approach to things. Granted there have been countless successful, innovative church planters. But the expression, "church planting" seems so uninviting.

The most important contribution to the Pauline Cycle is that the Holy Spirit is in the middle of all the other activities. The Holy Spirit is in control of all other activities around the cycle. Followed by prayer as the atmosphere of the missionary, the Scriptures as the foundation, and the church as the agency employed. We are to follow the logical sequence of preaching where people are, gaining converts, gathering them into churches, instructing them in the faith, choosing leaders, and commending believers to the grace of God.

It has been my pleasure over the last couple of years to have the opportunity to work with many passionate, inspired Christians during their journey in church planting. These faithful missionaries have been such an inspiration- demonstrating their devotion to God by working diligently to create a new flock from the unchurched. Reaching out to both believers and non-believers in many areas of the world, those called to plant new churches exude a dedication and zeal that reminds me why I chose a career in the nonprofit sector. But there is more to strategically planting a new Church Planting than simply following God's call to action.

The primary purpose of the foundation is to fund ministries that have a strong Protestant, Christ-centered, Biblical-based foundation. This includes ministries that have an effective prayer and a unique calling by the Holy Spirit to promote evangelism and discipleship around the world.

A Great Platform for Christian Churches Outreach and Engagement

The terminology "Church Planting" just looks like an oldest -fashioned, traditional, not out of the box come on to things. Granted there have been countless successful, advanced church planters. But the expression, "church planting" looks so uninviting. There are principles and truths that we must appear from in the first church. Our mission must never to specify or change the church into what we think it should be, but instead, let us rediscover what the church was in the book of Acts and use them as our pattern. We must be Jesus Christ set up the Christian church when he was on the global. He called apostles and gave them instructions about how it was speculate to be run. He gave one man, Simon Peter, the authority to lead the church. They mostly preached to and taught the Jewish people because that is where they lived. They were Jewish. But the Jews largely rejected Jesus and his message of being the long-awaited Messiah. They crucified him. After he was crucified the apostles of the Christian church continued to teach the gospel to the Jews. Then, a man named Saul (later changed to Paul) was converted to the Christian Churches and began to teach the gospel to the Gentiles (those who were not of the Jewish faith.) This was essentially the first division that occurred in the Christian church because although it was what Christ taught, it was not what many of the early Christians wanted.

Typically, you will be assigned to an assist pastor role in a church for approximately three years. You will then be elected by a potential congregation. Some religions have a board that will provide certification that you are ready to become a pastor.

A Wheelchair Cushion Can Provide a Life Easy and Comfort

A wheelchair cushion provides more than just a comfortable place to sit. If you spend a lot of time in a wheelchair, power wheelchair, or scooter because of limited mobility, the right cushion can make a real difference to your quality of life and even save you from life-threatening complications.
Power wheelchairs are very important to person who cannot get around and do things for themselves. They offer the person using them, the chance to get around easier and provide some of the most comfortable motility in the world. There are things that a person who uses a power wheelchair may need. Some of the most common wheel chair accessories are ramps, cushions, bags, holders for canes, crutches, oxygen, batteries, covers, trays, canopies, and so much more. You can purchase many of the accessories in different colors, shapes and sizes. The prices are very affordable and that is one of the best things in the world.

There are many different kinds of bags that you can purchase for your wheelchair. They can be a tote bag, arm bag, under seat bag, and side bag. They can be used to store just about anything you need whether it is private or not. They also come in many colors and sizes.

Many wheel chair users are outside people and need to have a canopy to help protect them from the sun’s rays. Wheelchair canopies are very easy to install and easy to use. They are also reusable and very affordable
It is also important that the cushion is made of materials which can be easily washed. This will allow you to keep your cushion fresh and clean. Avoid any cushions which are made of synthetic mystery fabrics or those that cannot be easily laundered or cleaned. Natural fabrics are great because they provide excellent air circulation.
These wheelchairs have a similar design to that of a manual wheelchair, and the user can choose a cushion and wheel chair back combination which meets their comfort and support needs.
